Noisy Vodacom generator on Sutherland high school

Vodacom cellular tower in the Sutherland High School grounds in Eldoraigne X23 Centurion is being supp**** by a noisy generator. The noise is resulting in disturbing our sleep patterns. The fumes are also a problem depending on how the wind blows. This noise level is totally unacceptable and the running of the generator is not necessary.
