Nobody willing to help

I will never do business with Vodacom again. Since I purchased my laptop via telesales in 2015 I have only experienced problems. For months they didnt debit. I ended up settling the arrears amount. Now that the contract is due for an upgrade I cancelled it completely. After the cancellation they debited an amount greater than what the installment used to be. I contacted ********** and was told it is because it was in arrears I must speak to Accounts Department . The lady said I must phone ********** . So I phoned the number. Some lady with no telephone eitquette answered the phone with no professionalism. I then asked her to please check why did Vodacom debit again. I was told I must speak to Accounts cause she can only see its a prepaid sim. So I told her it will obviously now reflect as a prepaid because I cancelled it. There is no going above and beyond with Vodacom's customer service. She just said I must speak to Accounts because she does not know why they debited. So I told her but I was told this ********** IS accounts. She just rep**** and said no its customer care. CUSTOMER CARE ??? Really now, Vodacom displays NO client centric behaviour. Im not normally a difficult client but NOBODY can assist?!!! And i still dont know whats happening with my account and I have no idea who to ask anymore. My account statements NEVER showed any arrears amount. Vodacom is quick to debit but slow to explain. This is really very perturbed.
