Nobody wants to help me !!!

I placed an order with the Vodacom Sales department on the telephone nearly two weeks ago. <br> After taking my details and confirming the sale - I have received nothing from them!!! <br> I have called the sales department a few times to check on my order and they refuse to help me, saying there is no record of a new contract being opened on the system and I must just wait !!! When I initially accepted the contract they told me 2-5 working days and it is now two weeks later !!! And every time I call the customer care line I am told to wait ... I was a vodacom customer for 14 years and then changed over to Cell C ... <br> And to think I was considering coming back to Vodacom!! Very poor customer care!!!
