NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW THEIR JOBS AT VODACOM

Totally shocking! I have been trying to port from Vodacom to MTN for tow months! I have dealt with so many people who don't actually know their jobs. I have put a rewiew of the service on this site and was told the RIght way - twice - from two different experts who responded to that review... AND I STILL CANNOT BE HELPED! No-one apparently knows how to do a port correctly and even though I took it out of MTN's hands. and the spent A WHOLE MORNING on the phone SORTING IT MYSELF - it still HAS NOT BEEN DONE! - even though I was assured that it went through yesterday at around 11 am. Well congratulations - even tho I asked the original helper for assistance - THIS COMPANY GIVES YOU NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL.
