Nobody knows what to do

I have an issue with my phone where my airtime and data is getting depleted in minutes, my celluar data is turned off for all my apps except for whatsapp, auto downloads and updates are also off, the vodacom call center has sent me to the voda store. After going to the voda store they did not event bother to look at my phone, they refereed me back to the call center who has now refereed me back to the vodacom store. This is excellent customer service and by that i mean it sucks. I am an events manager without a phone. I have been with vodacom for almost ten years...ten years too long! Can someone just tell me how freakin fix this? NOW!
