Nobody knows how to find my vodabucks order??

Ordered a smar****ch on 30 November 2020. The app says order complete..called vodacom customer care , they out me through to digital planet. Digital planet has no record of my order. Called vodacom again , they put me through to Mondo. Mondo says they have nothing to do with vodabucks and gave me *** to call. They say that they are vodacom cancellations...

Not happy at all. The watch was going for half its retail price and now they say that there is no stock...
