Nobody knows

I have a vodacom business broadband lte connection ID: Solution ID: 1- ********** 9020 My modem is blown. I did it by accident. All I need is a replacement and of cause I will pay. Nobody at the vodacom shops knows what to do. One shop provided me with another modem but it is not working. I tried to log a service request via my online self service just to get the message that I do not have permission to log a service request. I need the service fixed urgently!!!!

Thanks Randell. You did your best. Sorry that you work for a not so bright company. I got your SMS. The escalation however took to long. Nobody phoned me. So I phoned Vodacom business. Only to hear that ONLY the person I bought the vodacom broadband Lte from can help me. I thought Vodacom was a company. I thought I buy this via Vodacom and I would not be dependent on an individual. I never met the person I bought it from. He installed it at the business on a day I was not there. I am not impressed and needless to say I used more than a few bad words. Which not made me the bad person not deserving of service. Luckily Vodacom do not have my account details - I was paying via EFT. I will stop paying on the grounds that I cannot get the service I bought due to the supplier. I did everything in my power to fix this. I am tired and drained. Cheers

I received a call from a very friendly lady at Vodacom just now. Only to tell me that she cannot help but will escalate the problem. No 4 in 48 hours. I know that Hellopeter will now tell me that I cannot keep going on about Vodacom. But Vodacom does not supply solutions. Only passing the bug from one to the next.
