Nobody gets back to you
<p>Í am very unhappy with the service I am getting from Vodacom at the moment, firstly I have pre-ordered a iPhone 7, reference number - 2S43GS nobody has come back to me, secondly I phoned last week and was told I am eligible for a premature upgrade and was told now that I am not. Will someone please shed some light for me. I just think they might be getting to big to worry about exsisting customers.</p>

So, to date besides the automatic responce you get from Vodacom still nobody has got back to me regarding my situation. Unbelievable!!!!
