Nobody Can Help- Vodacom Corporate

We currently have over a 150 lines with another telecommunications company which we are not happy with their services. Yet when Our Company calls for some one to come and see us and discuss take over nobody at your call centre can help us. They don't know who we can speak to. They keep on saying we have to call the nearest Vodacom Shop. Than we speak to people who have no clue and say i must come into the shop to change 150 contracts. Really is this Vodacom Corporate image. This makes me wonder if i need to stay with my current telecommunication company. If this is the type of service that i receive and Our Company is not even a client yet.
