No1 at worst serial vodacom

NO CONTACT STILL. NO response to my emails.

I really pray for a competitor that cares, put their customers 1st and give value for the money these people willingly take from me every moment

11 Aug 2021, 11:15 Continued ********** service I seem to be writing bad reviews for a company that is on hiatus cos I've never been so ignored by a service provider who willingly take my payments and can very soon suspend your internet if you don't pay. They cannot extend the same courtesy. Zero customer service is what vodacom gives. I would attach all the screenshots of calls and emails if it allows. Pathetic service provider . Yesterday I was told to give them 10 minutes to find my account and they'll call back. Its a day later. NO CALL
