No wireless earphones

<p>I recently obtained an LG G6 on contract from Vodacom Key West. As part of the promotion, a wireless earphone set was included (value over R1000) and was part of the reason I chose the LG G6. I confirmed availability of the earphones when signing the deal. There were delays (I was migrating from Cell C) but when I could migrate, I again confirmed the availability of the earphones and the sales rep did confirm they would be included (it was indicated in the advert there was limited availability). Upon collecting the phone, no wireless earphones were included. I do understand there was limited supply, but I had confirmed they would be included before signing and both times there was a positive response. It is thus unacceptable that they would then not be included and Vodacom just shrugs and says sorry - there was limited supply. If I had known they would not be included, I would have selected a different phone from my shortlist. </p>
