No wireless charge giving with Samsung S6 contract

I app**** for a contract with vodacom online for a Samsung S6 according to the package advertised online it would include the phone, Gear 1 watch and R200 a month worth of airtime. when contacted by the sales man over the phone i was told that the Gear 1 watch has been discontinued and instead i would recieve a wireless charger. (Thankfully all call are recorded at vodacom so this can be checked) When recieving my phone today via delivery the wireless charger was not included. after calling vodacom back to let them know i was then told that the wireless charger was part of promotion only on the white device(I ordered the gold device) and therefore i will not recieve it. This is unacceptable as i was not told of this when i accepted the contract or made aware of this promotion being specific to the color of the device. i was even told by the sales man that it will be included even though he knew that i ordered the gold device. i feel This should not be my problem...Vodacom should now supply me with what was promised no excuses. the salesman was not informed and thats not fault.
