No will to resolve

My cell phone account has been hacked - no other way that this could be happening - and I have been subscribed to over 30 Content Services since the 10 December without clicking on a pop up or a URL address.
This has cost me over R6000 and is ongoing with new subscriptions popping up daily - 6 just yesterday.
Vodacom no longer have a complaints or help mail address where one can actually explain in detail what is happening and what action you have taken to resolve this - instead you speak to someone in the back office - which means WHAT? exactly. So they log a complaint and escalate it then you don't hear from them for weeks until you contact them again. They also say that they cannot reverse the payments made to these service providers and so are unable to reimburse their clients for ********** activity on an account. I am currently waiting for feedback from the person assigned to my dispute/request/investigation. At least I have a reference number this time. WHOOPI a very useful thing to have when one is being ******.
