No website functionality

Yet again, could not review my blance on vodacom's website using my latest 3g ****le purchased at one of Vodacom's outlets. Operating systems tried was Windows 8.0 and Windows 8.1 and Windows 7. it seems to be working fine on Windows 7 but why not on the latest operating systems out there not to mention windows 10 already out???? <br> <br> I want Vodacom to replace my ****le with ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS thanks since this was even a better model than the bottom range. When I phone customer care, the lady explained there is a website supposedly to open up which further frustrates me since this falls in the same category as an irritating virus that you just cant get rid of.
