No way you can get a contract phone from Vodacom

HI there.

I went in to 2 Vodacom shops last week 26 October 2021.

Vodacom Shope in Greenstone and Vodacom shop Norwood.

Was told it would only take 5 minutes at Greenstone for me to get a new contract for a Samsung galaxy A52S but after filling all the forms I found out they could not do this and it would take 3 hours which is fine. I understand it was never going to take 5 minutes Then when I called back it was still not sorted out only to find out they did not have stock of the phone they said they had but that was still fine but there was a problem on my account witched needed to be fixed witch would take 24 to 48 hours to fix so I called around to see who had a phone in stock and got to Norwood who told me they had stock. It's been a week now and still no update or contract with a phone and I am now stuck. Going to go to MTN as it does not look like Vodacom wants my money any more. Sad day to say I have to move to MTN after been with Vodacome for over 6 years now.
