No Voicemail Since January

<p>I went overseas and changed my voicemail settings to extended absence. This was in early January. Since my return I have had either no voicemail or the extended absence greeting still comes up. I called their 'cutomer care' at least 15 times, loggd numerous service calls - which all strangely have disappeared off their system. Yesterday I went through another 25 minute exercise with yret another untrained, uns****ed service agent - Sonia Livesy who logged a service call and I was assured that a technician would call me back - they did not and I received an sms to inform me that yet again my voicemail is working - it is not! What a useless bunch. Moving to Cell C on the weekend after over 20 years with them.</p>
