No Voicemail and No Help from Customer Services

I have been with Vodacom for about 20 years and their service is getting increasingly worse. Today, I found out I have no voicemail mail box. Why? I phoned Customer Care and after going through the lengthy highly irritating menu, a lady called Lungela answered. when I stated my problem, she said please hold and promptly cut me off. I phoned again and AGAIN went through the irritating menu, and again was cut off when an operator answered. Horrible, disgusting service Vodacom, Oh, and I have been playing your Vodacom Millionaires game for years now and never won a thing - it's obviously rigged with letters coming up 2 and 3 times each week, I give up with you, Vodacom. you are the worst!!!!
