No voice, data or text services in Tarkastad

Good day, Eastern cape , Tarkastad town has not had network for over two weeks and Vodacom seems not to care at all. i have children at a care of an elderly and with the ongoing load shedding across the country i cannot stand the thought of something terrible happening whilst they cannot even make or receive calls. Power has been restored but there still no signal, no voice calls services or text services. This is very urgent as the whole town is affected. I have a vodacom data contract and i wonder if it still makes sense to support a business that put my children at risk. Contact number affected ***. My contact number ***
