No Vodacom signal - emergency calls only

For weeks there has been almost no signal or mostly no signal at all. I am tired of seeing "Emergency calls" only. I have followed trouble shooting to reset the sim etc. Vodacom provides a number to call for issues, but you can't call it because there is no signal! What is Vodacom doing about it? My area is Northriding, but I have heard so many complaints it is just ridiculous. At least MTN provides a network signal in the area.
