No vodacom signal during loadshedding

I am disappointed that Vodacom cannot provide a stable voice comms system during loadshedding. This is creating a safety risk as we are not able to make or receive phonecalls in our area during loadshedding. I have complained about this before. We are living in the 21st century. Surer ly they must have some sort of backup power system...??? My decision to stay with vodacom in the future will depend on this.
