No Vodacom signal

There is no vodacom signal in eloff. Whether its loadshedding or not the signal is almost non existent and when there is signal it's terrible. How are we supposed to contact emergency services if the situation permits it? If someone needs an ambulance there is no way to contact then because there's never any signal. Vodacom you guys need to sort this out. Going from the best network to one of the worst. Please fix this.
