No vodacom signal at office

I have reported on numerous occasions that I have no signal in my shop in Witbank, and we are paying a lot of money monthly.<br> Every time I phone they say that they will send out technicians to check the problem, this has been going on for months and no one has come out to check our problem. We are a business and we need signal in our shop.<br>
