No Vodacom Signal

Whats the use of upgrading 5 contracts ever 2nd year with Vodacom if we have poor and no signal where we stay in the house there is no signal outside you have to stand still if you want to make a call how do you have to run a successful business if you have a phone that's not working ?? Cant they upgrade the tower or supply us with signal boosters do we as customers have to pay for it ? If thats the case and nothing is happening im moving to another provider
