No Vodacom service during loadshedding

We live in Monte Vista. Whenever there is loadshedding the Vodacom service only lasts for 5 to 10 minutes then it is dead. We have mtn and telkom services and they last for the duration of the loadshedding. When we tried to log a complaint we were told that vodacom knows about the issues. They did not even ask which area we were in. They simply dismissed my wife when she tried to get them to localise the problem. Our vodacom tower is in a local church building so there is no question of vandalism. Perhaps we should move all our services away from Vodacom to service providers that actually care.
