No Vodacom Connection in Limpopo

Hi, I'm writing this on behalf of my Father who is situated in Limpopo. He spoke to the Vodacom claims department with a lady called Phunzile, Ref No: S3-9LD2IL-KNZY, who spoke to a lady called Phunzile who promised many times to go out to him on his farm to see why there is never vodacom reception there, even tough there is a vodacom tower there. They on the farm and have never cell phone reception but still have to pay these enormous cell phone contract bills every month. so after months of struggling, my father decided to cancel his contract to move to MTN who is willing to assist him with his problems, now Vodacom wants to charge another huge ridiculous amount for cancelling his contract. If Vodacom assisted him from the beginning and he was not struggling with no reception he wouldnt have been forced to cancel his contract. He is running a business and cannot afford to be without any cell reception everyday and all day and then still pay the huge monthly subscription especially after Vodacom has promised to come see him and find out what the issue is in that area with the tower. This is totally unacceptable paying for a service which you don't receive!
