NO VALUE FOR SERVICES - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Vodacom is so easy to sell you a contract and sign you up for a subscription or "special offers" but when you want to cancel your contract after your contract period has expired then NOT ONE PERSON CAN HELP YOU OR IS INTERESTED TO HELP YOU! You have to call and HOLD for 1 hour before they answer the phone and then when they answer and you tell them you want to cancel your contract they put us on HOLD AGAIN AND THEN THERE IS NO ANSWER AFTER WE HOLD AGAIN FOR 1+ HOUR!!! They don't want to assist you because everybody is looking for an excuse not to do their job. We have to pay over R3000 a month, and then 2 of the subscriptions we have no idea what it is that we are paying for. Stop just taking our money each month and consider actually answering your damn phones and attending to customer service!!!!!! And learn to do your jobs which you are getting paid for.
