No Upgrade available because Profile is bad.

I had a Contract with Nashua mobile and my contract got moved to Vodacom, now that my contract came up for an Upgrade, I am not allowed to do an upgrade, because my Profile does not allow me.<br> <br> This type of service is unacceptable, as I have had the contract for 5+ years.
