No upgrade allowed

I am so annoyed right now. My husband took out 2 contracts for me nearly 8 years ago. Due to financial problems he put himself under debt review. I have been managing my account so weel, paid on time every month and am actually ahead with payment. We were allowed to upgrade 2 yars ago, now I was told I could upgrade, but when he did the paperwork it says he can't. He has to pay in thousands for a handset. What *******. Vodacom gets their money on time every month without fail. I also top up every month with about R800 extra. We have been loyal and good customers. The debt review fininshes next year. If Vodacom has such a problem, why don't they cancel the contract which has now reached its end. Once again they are happy to take my money every month but won't accommodate me when needed.

I would like a respose to this as no one wants to help me when I make enquiries.
