No updates from Vodacom and Likeminds on upgrade status

Worst services ever from Vodacom Likeminds, and Kendell at likeminds not one of them have the audacity to call you and half the time they don't respond to emails and the are not willing to help you log into the likeminds system to track the progress of your update I am surely disappointed and is looking for a new service provider and is going to the consumer council
