No update on remaining data uses airtime

I bought data on Thursday and on friday I checked that I have 40+ MB left available for the next day or two and all throughout the weekend I did not get a single sms or notification that my data was low or depleted.

The only indication I had was when ALL MY AIRTIME was taken as I was NOT INFORMED of low data as VODACOM should have done as is the norm.

I want either my R125 airtime back or equivalent data for the remainder of the month.

I buy data in small amounts to read news so I know that everytime it gets low or depleted I will get a message even at 6MB it would send me a sms.

I hope this will be sorted out or I will have no choice but to cancle the rest of my family s contracts as they are up for that time and I will be canceling this one the first chance I get as this is not something I should have to deal with. This is not the first time this has happened and the last time your customer rep was useless in resolving the matter saying the sms should have been sent when it clearly was not and I proved it with every sms I have from your company.
