No telephone service

<p>I handed in a phone for repairs at Canal Walk repair shop. They sent me a quote via sms and gave a phone number to call to accept or reject the quote. But when calling, nobody answers. Got through after two days. Now its been 3 days and I want to follow up how far the repair is...... no answer. And there is no other number available to call for that shop. Why have a phone in your shop if you do not answer it. Then rather say to the customer we want you to use your time and petrol in addition to the cost for the repair and come in to the shop to follow up or contact us as we do not know how to pick up a phone call.</p>
