No technicians available from Vodacom

Still no response from Vodacom! Promises are made on a daily basis, but the outcome is still the same: no service or technicians available in the Brits/Hartbee****rt area! Impossible to talk to the same person from their oversaturated call centre! No service! Ichabod!
