No technical support
Vodacom fibre and nokia support in hartbee****rt are terrible and close to non functional. How can you dispatch so many marketers to promote fibre and then when a problem occurs do not have the technical support. This year alone we had so many outages and currently going for two weeks without our connection working. SR ***
