No Tax invoice reprint, no warranty service

Good day Vodacom. Please can you assist me to get someone from Vodacom after sales to help me with a reprint of a tax invoice because your warranty people want this document for them to fix my laptop. I am tired of calling Vodacom i spoke to all your departments and no one can assist. Obakeng from after sales promised to call back I'm still waiting. I will write a review every single day of my life until this is attended to
