No support, intermittent internet

I attempted to send the message below explaining my challenge to *** and *** on both responded with automated messages indicating that those addresses do not work and that I should use their "Tobi" serves, which I cannot access from my phone as I am not using my Vodacom number, which is used in my router at home.

"Good day

I'm faced with a challenge on my home internet ***) since the week of 24/04/2024 my connection has been dropping at times every few minutes, and then I have to wait about a minute before it connects again.

I have called in to have my SIM re synchronised, other settings have been reset in my last call which took place on 27/04/2024.

I am currently in line to take out an MTN homes internet package, as Vodacom is unable to uphold their end of the contract. I'm paying more than R500 each month for my 10bMbps internet with Vodacom, my month to month contract with MTN will run R269 per month for their 10Mbps home internet. I demand that I be refunded this amount on a monthly basis until Vodacom is able to restore their un interrupted service, or cancel my contract with them to allowed me to continue with MTN.

If I do not receive a repons from Vodacom within a reasonable amount of time I will have no other choice but to share my frustrations on Hellopeter.com

Hope to hear from you soon Adriaan Lamprecht"

I will continue to look for other ways to communicate with them, but the process is frustrating. They couldn't have made it more difficult for clients with faced with challenges.
