Vodacom support has turned into just a bunch of chat bots and automated options that are not useful if you do not have the exact issue that the menu is for. Even worse, they do not have a fallback at the end of the menu to speak to a person, just drops the call. HOW CAN I SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON? If I cannot get support from an actual person I will not be keeping my contracts with Vodacom. This is just horrible service.
