No stock on PS4

I ordered a PlayStation 4 3 weeks ago at the Vodacom in the Vaal Mall. They promised me that it will only take a week now they are saying that the Playstation 4 is on backorder and they will only have stock at the end of November. Why do you even offer the deal if you don't have stock. If you don't have stock don't offer the deal. I've been calling the office for 3 weeks now, every week they say I must call next week.
