No stock of Sony Experia Z3

I ordered a Sony Experia Z3 on the 4th of September as an upgrade, it has been two weeks today and Vodacom is still out of stock and cannot tell me when they will receive stock, which I find pathetic, I think maybe it is time to terminate my business with Vodacom before it is too late and move to Cell C. Faster service and much cheaper rates.
