No Stock of Sony but constantly advertised

<p>My Parents have been trying to get a Sony XZ & XA (2 different contracts) for the last 6 weeks and have already paid the upgrade fee and have been advised by multiple stores that there is no stock in country yet you are constantly advertising packages but you cannot fulfill the orders the store is now feeling so guilty they want to refund the upgrade fee, the sales staff are now trying to push customers to other brands as a result of your lack of Sony stock. When is the problem going to get sorted as we are not going to Sony to purchase a phone as they have advised that they have stock.</p>
