No Stock of advertised pones anywhere

<p>I am very unhappy with the level of service vodacom is giving its customers. On Sa****ay 7/5/16 my wife and I went to do an upgrade on a contract. although they advertise the huawei mate 8 in store with a huawei smart watch on a package deal I could not find one store in the entire kolonade centre or surrounds that has the phone in stock. Needless to say I then did the ugrade online and now am not ientitle to the package deal as it is not available on the website as it is in the store, however they also do not have stock of the phone for online upgrades. the contacted us on the monday and said that they would recieve stock on that day. Today I called again as my status still says awaitig stock and they just say they are now not sure when the stock will arrive. how is it that you advertise a product but you do not seem to have stock anywhere in the country you are trying to sell it to. I am really and trully unhappy</p>
