No stock for laptop upgrade!!
On 6 January 2015 I went to Cape Gate vodashop to do an upgrade on my laptop deal as I was entitled to do. I was told by the upgrade consultant who assisted me that the order had been placed and that they will be sending me a sms when the laptop will arrive. I opted for a HP pavilion 15 and was satisfied when walking out the store.
After a week and half passed I have not received any communication from the store so I went to the store to check on what is the hold up. I firstly then found out that the wrong laptop had been ordered and had to wait again from the start.
The weeks passed on and on and now almost 2 months down the line I have not received anything. This is extremely annoying as I am currently paying for a deal that I am losing on. Every time I phone them I get the answer 'it should be here next week' or 'we don't know when' and I can't understand why? I have 3 lines at Vodacom, monthly worth over R2000 yet I am clearly not seen as a customer who is important enough?

I feel realy sorry for the people who are going to do there upgrade to a laptop as they are still advertising it even though they don't have stock?

This is ridiculous!
