No Stock/Feedback
Hi,<br> <br> Enquired for a 2nd line last week, all paper work was done on Wednesday, informed when on phone with Herin that they have stock and phone will be delivered, only to receive an sms directly afterwords on back order.<br> Had to phone again today to get an updated, still no updated.<br> I will not be paying the full monthly amount for a phone we might only receive at the middle/end of the month.<br> Why do i need to call all the time and why dont you keep me updated on the status as per sms last week?<br> Service **** and will not pay the full R469.00 for the month but expect all the things going with the deal and maybe something more to make up for this back log for delivery.<br> <br> Unhappy in the most possible way.
