No Stock - But will sell it

When upgrading my contract on the 1st of September the consultant asked whether I would like to add what is known as the Samsung DEX. I said yes and was then told that he does not have one now but would have one next week. This is almost a month later. I phone the store (Vodacom Northgate) at least twice a week and speak to the store manager who every time tells me the same story that they do not have stock and are still waiting for stock. One more than one occasion he told me that he would phone head office and contact me back. Yesterday being the last time this had happened. Needless to say he never phones me back. I now pay for an item that I do not have. How nice. No one phones me back or bothers to keep me posted. Pathetic service is all I can say. Vodacom is more than happy to sell you something but when it comes to delivering then it is a different story.
