No stock

Since the middle of April I have been asking for the new LG G5 that you are advertising in your booklet. Everytime I asked, the response was they are asking questions to the warehouse and LG to receive stock. I decided to visit MTN today to find out if they have stock and guess what? They did! I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for 10years and this is the fist time this happens, all I want is to have my phone today, if I am not assisted today I will be forced to move to MTN as they can assist me with the phone and better service today. Thank you and I am waiting for the response.
