No Statements

Good day,<br> I have not received any statements for the last 3 - 4 months and has to work on an estimate to pay the account. I have re-requested statements to be send but again no statements was received end of May 2015. Due to paying an estimated amount, I short paid +/- R 32.00 which I did not know about because of not receiving statements. I would really appreciate receiving statements to avoid any of this \short payments"occurring in the future!!!"""
