No Statements

I've been trying to get Vodacom to send me my statement by email but I've had no success. Every month I have to go to Vodacom in Woodmead to get a statement and they always have an excuse for not emailing me my statement. I went there on Monday and I was told that my statements are being sent to me by MMS so they cant email it to me but I've never recieved it via MMS, so they logged a call for the change \ S3-8GW2W".<br> I have now receive a SMS telling me that my statement will be sent to my postal address from now on. <br> I don't want me statements posted because of the strikes so I need my statements emailed to me as I have been requesting for the last 8 months."""
