No Statements

I received a sms from Vodacom 6 months ago regarding receiving statements via email and responded that I would prefer my Statement emailed to me. The first month I received a statement and none further. I have gone into Vodacom countless time and have requested this statement to be emailed. I am told to phone a number request a statement answer all the questions and still no statement. I have not received a statement in the post or via email for 6months now.
