No solution to our problem

I've logged a review and Vodacom responded by sending a technician to measure the signal. He found that it is really very very bad and told us he has a meeting with his supervisor that afternoon (Thursday 21/11/'19) and let us know what will they do to improve it and come back to us the same day. My husband phoned the technician just before 17:00 and he said he will have an answer on Friday 22/11/'19. Again nothing happened. This morning the signal is so bad at times that we get messages on our phones that the selected network is not available. So my husband phoned the technician again at about 10:15 and he still didn't have feedback for us, When my husband asked if he can't phone them, he was suddenly in a meeting??? So it seems even Vodacom doesn't even have an answer or solution to the problem. We don't have landlines as they get ****** faster than they install them so the cellphones is our only means of communication. What do we do if we have an emergency and we can't even phone? More so - does Vodacom even care??

Reviewer Update
Soooooo - still no response from Vodacom. The technician, Sakhile who is supposed to resolve our issue, is not coming back to us after promising he will do so on THURSDAY 21/11. After I posted the above review an operator, Yandi, phoned me and after I explained the whole issue to her AGAIN, she promised to get somebody to phone me. Well, it is now again another day with poor to no signal and another day of not getting any response from Vodacom. When we try to phone the technician Sakhile, his phone just rings and eventually goes to voicemail. I bet in another 2 days, I will get another sms stating that my issue has been resolved. By the way, that stupid little tower which you erected is 1,5 km further away from us and even more mine heaps between, which means NO service from that tower. If anybody can advice me - if I have an emergency and somebody pass away or their health is badly affected because we can't phone emergency services due to no signal, can I sue Vodacom?
