No solution on my data and high account querry and bad service

Good day

At the end of November 2016 I tried to purchase data through vodacom on*111# and early December ±4/12/2016 I realized that my data is finished again and tried to purchase it again only to realize that I never got any of the data that I tried to purchase since the end of November 2016 on my personal cell number ********** 505.

I then decided to call Vodacom to resolve this matter and I was on the phone with Vodacom for ±1hr17minutes and they escalated my matter to the solutions team whom will be in contact with me within 48hrs and that never happened. So after the 48hrs gone by, I decided to phone again and requested to speak to a manager and explained the whole situation to him and he promised to take this up with the solutions team and he will send me a ref number for the call (1- ********** 40108).

My problem is that I get ±500mb data on my package per month and when this is finished, I have to purchase data or else Vodacom will bill me "out of data bundle rates" for the data I use and that is extremely expensive. The 500mb that I got for December was finished already at ±4 or 5/12/2016 and since then I was on "out of bundle date rates" as I could not purchase data on *111#, internet banking and my wife also tried sending me data to no success...

Vodacom confirmed that the data I tried to purchase at the end of November appears on their system, but it was unsuccessful and still shows "pending" and therefore it is holding back all other purchases that I make... When I spoke to a manager on December 2016 (on the ref number I mentioned earlier) I told them that this is not my mistake and that I'm not going to be liable for the "out of bundle rates" as this is a problem on their side and the manager told me they cant keep me liable for this and they will reimburse me should me account be higher than normal.

On 04/01/2017 I had a look at my current balance at Vodacom and I saw my account was much higher than usual - R1586.34 (including some purchases on games I made which I understand I'm liable for, but apart from that the account is still higher than usual). On 21/12/2016 I got an sms that Vodam has credited my account with 2gig of data and they thank me for my patience...

When I phoned yesterday 12/01/2017 to follow up my higher than usual account and if I did received the 2gig of data promised to me (which I'm sure I did not get...) and I don't get any service from vodacom. They keep on cutting me off after almost 20minutes on the phone trying to put me through to the solutions department and it sounded like the lady I spoke to yesterday (cant remember her name) chewed chewing gum while she spoke to me as I heard the chewing and bursting noises which was rude and really annoying.

This morning 13/12/2017 I phoned twice and I first spoke to a Gugu lady who tried to put me through to the solutions team and she put me through to a rating machine asking me 4 questions to rate them and after I participated in the survey the answering machine told me goodbye and then the phone was dead. I phoned back once more and then spoke to a Nokutula lady and told her my frustrations and after almost 20minutes again, tried to put me through to a manager, I ended up with the same 4 question survey and goodbye once more without talking to a manager again.

This is the worst possible experience that I receive from Vodacom. I'm a loyal client for more than 10years and never skipped a payment and this is how they treat me...? I demand answers asap as I'm going to take this matter everywhere I can!

Kind Regards
Pieter
