No solution but case is closed without even speaking to the client.
I write my complain to you and without even getting hold of me,I get the sms that state that my case is closed, just like that is this how you treat your customer? Or maybe unless you gave me a solution that you managed to come up with that would have been better instant of closing the case without your resolution 🤔.
